Our application ("Piggy Bank") is operated by SIQstack. We provide a budgeting tool that helps you automatically organize money into simple "jars" based on your spending and paychecks.

2. Information We Collect

We collect:

• Account information (such as your email address).
• Financial data from Plaid, with your permission, including account details and transactions.
• Usage data, such as pages visited and basic analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Show you your jar balances and spending.
• Automatically categorize transactions and allocate your paycheck.
• Improve and operate the app (debugging, security, analytics).

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Plaid, to connect your bank accounts and retrieve financial data.
• Supabase, to provide authentication and encrypted database storage.
• Vercel, to host our web application.
• OpenAI, to provide AI-based categorization and budgeting suggestions (we send only the minimum data needed, and no banking credentials).

We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. How We Protect Your Information

• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (database encryption).
• Access to production systems is restricted and protected by MFA.
• Supabase Row Level Security ensures users can only access their own data.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data as long as your account is active, and as described in our Data Retention & Disposal Policy.

When you close your account or request deletion, we delete your personal and financial data within a reasonable time.

7. Your Choices & Rights

• You may disconnect your bank accounts at any time.
• You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.

8. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
