Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pocket Piggies (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pocket Piggies is a budgeting application that helps you organize money into "piggies" (categories) with monthly targets. The Service may let you connect bank accounts via Plaid, categorize transactions, and view budgeting insights.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Bank Account Connection

The Service uses Plaid to connect your bank accounts. By connecting your accounts, you authorize Plaid and Pocket Piggies to access your financial data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your bank may require additional verification (including MFA) for sensitive actions.

5. Use of Service

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• •Use automated systems to access the Service without permission.

6. Subscription & Billing

Pocket Piggies is offered as a paid subscription (with a trial where offered). By starting a subscription, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and recurring billing until you cancel.

• •Failed payments may result in retries and account suspension.
• •You can cancel anytime; access may continue through the current billing period.
• •Chargebacks or payment abuse may result in immediate suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SIQstack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIQstack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
